Shipping, Returns & Refunds
For items purchased on our online store, the following terms and conditions apply:
DELIVERY TIMES
All products, apart from print-on-demand tote bags and back packs, are packaged in London and posted using Royal Mail with second class signed-for delivery, which typically takes 1-3 days for shipping depending on delivery address.
Print-on-demand tote bags and back packs are produced in Europe and take around 7-10 days for shipping, depending on delivery address.
We aim to package and dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost is calculated at check out and is based on the weight of the parcel and Royal Mail charges.
SPEED DELIVERY
If you need your items urgently, next day delivery is available at an additional cost, in line with Royal Mail charges. Please send us an email at info@tasteofsouthernafrica.com and we will organise this accordingly.
RETURNS
Please email us at info@tasteofsouthernafrica.com to let us know if a return or refund is required, and we will notify you of the address to send your item back to.
If your item is damaged or faulty, please send it back to us within 7 days and we will send you a new item at no extra cost.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and the item is not damaged or faulty, please send the item back to us within 7 days, in all original packaging and we will offer you a full refund minus applicable postage costs, provided the item arrives back to us in the same pristine condition it was sent out in.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving your returned goods, provided they have been returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
