Shipping, Returns & Refunds

For items purchased on our online store, the following terms and conditions apply:

DELIVERY TIMES

  • All products, apart from print-on-demand tote bags and back packs, are packaged in London and posted using Royal Mail with second class signed-for delivery, which typically takes 1-3 days for shipping depending on delivery address.

  • Print-on-demand tote bags and back packs are produced in Europe and take around 7-10 days for shipping, depending on delivery address.

  • We aim to package and dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

SHIPPING COST

  • Shipping cost is calculated at check out and is based on the weight of the parcel and Royal Mail charges.

SPEED DELIVERY

  • If you need your items urgently, next day delivery is available at an additional cost, in line with Royal Mail charges. Please send us an email at info@tasteofsouthernafrica.com and we will organise this accordingly.

RETURNS

  • Please email us at info@tasteofsouthernafrica.com to let us know if a return or refund is required, and we will notify you of the address to send your item back to.

  • If your item is damaged or faulty, please send it back to us within 7 days and we will send you a new item at no extra cost.

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase and the item is not damaged or faulty, please send the item back to us within 7 days, in all original packaging and we will offer you a full refund minus applicable postage costs, provided the item arrives back to us in the same pristine condition it was sent out in.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving your returned goods, provided they have been returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
